A microfluidic-based automated electrophoresis system for quality control of DNA, RNA (total, mRNA and miRNA), protein and NGS libraries.
A one lane sequencing platform with an output of approximately 15 GB and 15-25 million singe-end reads. The MiSeq is very flexible in terms of sequencing length (50 cycles – 600 cycles), thus it is ideal for fx. Metagenomics, small genome sequencing or for checking library quality. Qubit fluorometer is used for quantification of nucleic acids. The qubit can measure dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and proteins. The qubit is used for quantification of NGS libraries.
