CBMR Shiny Apps

Shiny apps are packages that enable users to build interactive web apps straight from R and Python. See below for Shiny apps that have been developed by the various research groups and platforms at CBMR.

Deshmukh Group

ExerOME App

Description: Application that enables the exploration of proteins that change across saliva, urine, and plasma in response to acute exercise.

Paper: Body fluid proteomic landscape of acute exercise

Treebak Group

Hepamorphosis App

Description: Application that enables the exploration of hepatocyte dedifferentiation. Hepamorphosis contains proteomics and single-nucleus RNAseq data from full liver, freshly isolated hepatocytes, and hepatocytes that has been cultured for 24h on collagen

Rodent Metabolic Phenotyping Platform (RMPP)

urinatoR App

Description: Application designed to visualize mouse urine excretion from DVC data, using it as a biomarker for blood sugar.

MRIQC App

Description: MRIQC allows users to upload mouse body composition data obtained through the EchoMRI-100H body composition analyzer, and compare it to 300 observations from CBMR, and over 3000 observations obtained at the Cambridge University Institute of Metabolic Science. This will allow the user to assess how their data is distributed, compared to a background population.
