Instruments

Here you can find the list of SCOP's equipment.

Cell Sorter (SONY MA900)

A simple and easy-to-use cell sorter with fully automated setups used for sorting cells and nuclei for single-cell assays.

NovaSeq X Plus

A high throughput sequencing platform that can run up to 2 flow cells at a time. Three flow cell types are available, to generate from 1.5 to 26 billion single-end reads. More information about the NovaSeq X Plus instrument here.

Revvity Sciclone IQ

An automated and fully walkaway-able pipetting robot with shakers, coolers, heaters and an on-deck thermocycler. The Sciclone IQ is specialized for preparation of high-throughput NGS library preparation (RNA sequencing (mRNA and total RNA) protocols are available.

Revvity JANUS G3

A highly configurable 8 micropipettes liquid handling robot for sample cherry-picking, dilution, normalization and master mix preparation.

Systems for quality control

The Agilent TapeStation and Bioanalyzer are automated electrophoresis systems for quality control of DNA, RNA and NGS libraries.

Qubit 4 f fluorometer: Fluorometric quantification system from Thermo Fisher Scientific is used for quantification of nucleic acids. It can measure dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and proteins.

LUNA FX7 cell counter

An automated cell counter for counting cells and isolated nuclei in either brightfield or fluorescence microscopy mode. Viability measurements are also available.

Chromium X

A controller from 10x Genomics used for single-cell experiments which uses microfluidics to perform thousands of single cell partitions, each containing a unique barcode for single cells to be identified downstream.

Xenium Analyzer (10x Genomics)

A fully automated and high-throughput instrument for image-based in-situ workflows.
