Guidelines

Please read through our guidelines below.

 

 

Please prepare samples for SCOP as follows:

  • Randomized samples are delivered in 96-well plate format with 86 samples per plate.
  • Sample volume: >20 µl.
  • Plates are stored at –80C.

 

    • Olink® Explore HT library construction
    • Illumina Sequencing on NovaSeqX plus
    • Explore HT Analysis Report and NPX output files
    • Data delivery

SCOP does not provide support on sample preparation, randomization, or data analysis.

 

 

The price to run NGS-based proteomics is split between Olink assay costs and sequencing services.
